CAROL SEALANTS
Carol Sealants are typically used to close openings between surfaces, where other materials like concrete and mortar can't be used. They serve three basic functions: Filling the gap between two or more components. Providing a protective impermeable barrier, through which substances cannot pass.
Carol sealant is a soft, pliable material that is used to seal cracks or joints where structural strength is not required.
Carol Sealants are used in construction to prevent fluids and other substances from passing through material surfaces, joints, or openings. Sealants also block air leakage, insects, dust, sound and heat.
Carol Sealants are of various types of high performance. The selection of the correct sealant is very important and its selection will depend on the movement characteristics of the structure.
CARO SEALANTS PRODUCTS
CARO TAR - MASTIC (BITUMINOUS CHAULKING COMPOUND)
CARO - TAR MASTIC is a cold applied bituminous chaulking compound based on bitumen, rubber and mineral fillers with the solvents to retain, its plasticity. It is ready to use material. It is in the plasticity form of thick paste and black colour. It gives and remains plastic form for a considerable length of time.
CARO CRACK FILL COMPOUND (ACRYLIC SEALANT)
Its white colour Acrylic sealant. Single component crack filling compound for external walls, roofs, joints between walls and wooden door frames, bath tubes, wash basins etc.
CARO CRACK - PS - SEALANT (POLYSULPHIDE SEALANT)
Two component polysulphide sealants . Resistance to UV light, chemical attack, industrial / atmospheric pollution etc. It can endure expansion and contraction due to temperature variations in structures such as bridges, reservoirs, basements, subways. It is used for vertical and horizontal joints in structure.
CARO CRACK - FILL POWDER (ACRYLIC SEALANT IN POWDER FORM)
Cement based acrylic modified material for sealing cracks on plasters up to 5mm width and 5 mm depth. It can be used to fill cracks in horizontal or vertical area surface . Also it it suitable to use the endulation of the unplastered or plastered ceilings and walls before painting. It is used to smooth the finish of brick, stone and wood works.
CARO PU- SEALANT (POLYURETHANE SEALANT)
PU - SEAL is used in road repair , plumping ,construction and anywhere else a high - strength seal is required. Pu-seal provides excellent stress recovery to retain shape after being bent or pulled.
CARO SILICONE SEAL (SILICONE SEALANT)
SILICONE SEALANT is based on silicone polymers and cure to form a tough flexible rubber suitable for both house hold and industrial applications. Silicone sealants are commonly used to seal windows to frames. It is often used for appliances and sealing cabls and sensors in electronic devices.
